I started flying very early – at the age of 14. Since then, aviation has been a central part of my life. Over the decades, I have built up an exceptionally broad range of licenses and ratings, including ultralight flying, gliding, motor gliding, and powered flight in various classes such as TMG, SEP, and MEP – both under VFR and IFR conditions.
In addition, I am trained in aerobatics and have extensive experience in a wide variety of operational scenarios. A major focus of my work today is the training and certification of pilots. I work as a flight examiner, administer radio operator certificate exams, and am also a certified language examiner. Furthermore, I train and certify flight instructors – an area that demands the highest level of professional and regulatory expertise.
In addition to my training activities, I remain operationally active in flight operations, including factory shuttle flights on a Phenom Jet. Together with Johannes, I also run a flight school where we pass on our knowledge and experience.
My aim is not only to practice aviation, but to actively shape it – through quality in training, high standards in flight operations and the consistent passing on of knowledge to the next generation.

Sascha Graf
Chief flight instructor, entrepreneur and consultant with many years of experience in digitalization, process optimization and strategic organizational development – combined with deep-rooted flying practice.
My connection to aviation didn't begin in the traditional way through formal training, but rather through my family. My grandfather was an aeronautical engineer and actively witnessed the development of aviation right up to the jet age. His stories laid the foundation for my enthusiasm early on. I started flying myself in 1986 – initially with a hang glider – and this passion has stayed with me ever since.
Over the years, I have continuously expanded my flying skills and am now active as a chief flight instructor. I train pilots in basic training, conduct specializations such as alpine flying, tailwheel flying, and night flying, and provide instruction on a wide variety of aircraft types. Furthermore, I am also involved in the training of flight instructors, which requires a particularly high level of expertise and didactic competence.
Alongside my flying career, I built my entrepreneurial career. I founded my own software company, managed it for over two decades, and successfully sold it. The focus was on ERP systems and process optimization – topics that remain relevant to me today. Following this, I was responsible for operations as managing director of a food corporation, where I gained extensive management experience.
Today, I advise companies, including airports, on digitalization, process optimization, and organizational and leadership development. Having owned my own aircraft, I also have firsthand experience with the challenges of ownership – both as an individual owner and within shared ownership groups. This combination of aviation, entrepreneurship, and consulting allows me to take a holistic view of complex issues.
Johannes Dangel
Long-haul airline pilot, trainer for human factors and CRM, and entrepreneur with sound operational and business expertise along the entire aviation value chain.

I deliberately built a broad career in aviation to understand the industry from as many perspectives as possible. My experience ranges from corporate shuttle services and air ambulance flights to worldwide VIP executive charters and international long-haul flights. Today, I work as an airline pilot on the Boeing 777 and have accumulated over 7,000 flight hours on a wide variety of aircraft types and mission profiles.
In parallel, I began early on to intensively study the topics of safety, decision-making, and human factors in aviation. As a trainer for Human Factors and Crew Resource Management at Lufthansa Aviation Training, I pass on this knowledge in a structured way. Additionally, I work as a peer in the area of Critical Incident & Stress Management, supporting colleagues in exceptional situations – a field that demands a high degree of responsibility and empathy.
In addition to operational flying and training activities, I am co-owner and managing director of the Munich-Bad Wörishofen flight school. There, I regularly work as a flight instructor and examiner, actively involved in training the next generation of pilots. My original background in banking has also given me a clear understanding of economic relationships, investment decisions, and the financial challenges of operating aircraft. This combination of practical experience, training, and economics shapes my approach today.

Felix Holzwarth
Flight instructor and managing director with a focus on economically efficient use of aircraft and practical training.
I was introduced to aviation at a very young age and developed a clear passion for it early on. Over the years, I have continuously broadened my aviation horizons and gradually acquired the necessary qualifications. My focus has always been not only on passion, but also on how flying can be meaningfully and efficiently integrated into everyday life and professional requirements.
For me, flying is both a means of personal freedom and a highly efficient tool. I use it for travel within Europe and beyond, but also specifically for business appointments within Germany. This practical experience has greatly sharpened my focus on cost-effectiveness, planning, and potential applications.
Since 2021, I have been working as a flight instructor, actively training new pilots. I place great emphasis on practical training that not only imparts technical skills but also fosters a clear understanding of responsibility and decision-making.
In parallel, I work as managing director of a large facility management company, where I bear extensive financial responsibility. This dual role – flight operations and business management – gives me a deep understanding of the demands of both worlds. Owning my own aircraft further enhances this perspective, as I can assess the operational, financial, and organizational challenges based on my own experience.
